I use the Whiting Tailing packs myself. I like them a lot. Finding good stiff tailing fibers for size 10-12 flies was one of the things that held me up from tying Catskill Style Mayflies when I first got started. I tied mostly Caddis an Comparadun dries for years until Whiting started selling them. ...

I picked up a copy of The Fly and the Fish in the CFFCM Book Sale last Winter. I enjoyed the book and hope to get around to tying the flies someday.
