New Member

Having followed this site for a while, I broke down and registered. I have been tying for 25 years or so and enjoy Mike Valla's books, big bushy dry flies, wilderness backpacking, and just about anything relating to dry flies and split cane rods. Anyway, thought I'd say hello. Buck

I'm a new member to this forum, but would humbly offer that you might consider replacing the easily-waterlogged calf wings called for in the original with CDC. I have had better luck drying and renewing flotation to CDC after a good soaking that with calf. If interested, you can check out my CDC Wul...
