You can immobilize a bonefish by turning it upside down - belly up. I believe it screws up their otoliths or something like that. Does this work with trout?

My wife and I hiked the Overlook Mountain trail on Saturday. Ed did well to emphasize that it's relentlessly uphill from the trailhead to where you turn off for Echo Lake. Then you're half-way there. I'm not sure I'd want to carry a float tube that far. On the other hand, a 20" brook trout..........

Ed, I was kidding. I think that spot-burning is bullshit. If a guy can figure out where fish are then good for him. I do have a soft spot for Stony Clove since i live across the street.
