I'll get busy and see what I can find. I've ordered Mike Valla's book for starters and have already been looking at some plates on the web. I'll keep at it.

So in the recipe that narcodog posted, it says the hackle and body are red. Are they really red or does that mean Rhode Island Red?
In the photographs it looks orange. Is that because of its age or the photo?
