While there is certainly some impact from electronic information sources, I fear most of us suffer from being outside what has been determined to be the "target market." How would the state know if it is something that does effect others without a permit process? No slippery slope. No moving target. Simple, and for the most part 'general' statement: A person should be able to do on their property what he wishes as long as it does not directly and purposely interfere...
