Wow doesn't seem it's the same pattern you talked about. I posted over at Clarkes Classic about this fly also. I orginally read about the pattern on the Fly Fisherman web site and no one could come up with the whole pattern, but someone thought it came out in an Orvis newsletter years ago in an article that was written by Tom Rosenbauer. It's listed in Eric Leisers book The Caddis and the Angler. I have it and I can post the pattern for you tonight. And yes it's a great little fly, was one of the first one's I learned in my fly tying class almost 4 1/2 years ago.
