^ newguy (well here at least)
It's a bit of a drive up from NY, but I may try to get to the Roscoe Diner for bfast before heading over to the CCFFM.
This is my first time attending this event - and judging from the photos on the Facebook forum - looks like last year was a hoot. I'm not sure if I'll have the time between now and then - but I'm going to be looking to swap some red quill duns or parachutes for whatever other folks are fishing
Last photo in this post is me, my wife and Walt on a trip last spring.
Fishing trip on the Bkill

Teddy,
So far we have 41 people who signed up and some who didn't but will show up anyway.
We have some real personalities coming and some "just tiers". There will be plenty in attendance for you to perster.
Everyone is welcome. We need to pay the heat bill.
Roscoe Diner 8 AM.

You know I've, been fishing the bkill since I was 25 and even went to Binghamton. Ironically enough - I have NEVER been to the Roscoe diner - passed it a million times but for some reason I kept saying "next time next time".
I'll keep the robin hood diner for the next trip up with the wife but for this pass I'm going to finally pop my Roscoe Diner cherry.
On a completely unrelated topic - I just made reservations at the West Branch Angler for May for our anniversary - currently trying to decide whether to go guided or with just a rented McKenzie.
I guess that means I'll be trading for Hendricksons at the Fly Fest

I second that, the Robin Hood it is, will be there bright and early and then off to "The Fest-tivities"

"Gentlemen,remove your hats,this is it"
"This is where the trout was invented?"
"Oh he existed in a crude, primitive form in Waltons England"
"But this is where they painted spots on him and taught him to swim"

I plan on going down for a bit, no sure how long I can stay. I tend to be at the Robin Hood around 8 am, hope to see some of you there.

you can fuss all you want about breakfast (i'm a robin hood guy) but after a nice cold day on the ice for me, some of us are going to have a little toddy and head to the rockland house for din-din. prime rib baby!

wow - mac v pc, iphone v android, vanilla / chocolate...
who knew Breakfast could be such a hot topic! But you guys have me thinking that Robin Hood might make more sense...if I'm going to be in my car for 2 hours to get there, it seems to make more sense to hit the one closer to me rather than drive out to Roscoe then back to the CCFFM
If you don't mind a little extra company - I'll do my best to get there around pancake time
