This pattern familiar?

Post by tyeflies » Thu Nov 07, 2019 3:01 pm

Is anyone familiar with the fly pattern called the ‘Riffle Dun’? I believe it was originated by Walt Dette. Do not have access to the Dette book and searches do not get results.
Photo and/or recipe would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks for reply. When I went back in time I saw that Ted Neimeyer(sp) was referenced. I no longer have the old Fly Tyer magazines but I remembered the pattern and can visualize how it was tied.
Well thanks for pointing me in the direction of that previous thread.
